We worked for a US based Amazon Seller and handled their customer emails and reviews for 7 products. Our main duties included:

  • Respond to Emails received via Buyer Seller Messages and on direct company email address
  • Monitor Reviews and Seller Ratings
  • Handle Negative reviews with attempt to covert them to a happy customer
  • Manage replacements and refunds
  • Manage other administrative tasks as per the need
